Cancellations and reschedules must be done with more than 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancelations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in 50% of the service booked. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No call/ no-shows will result in 100% of the service booked must be paid before booking any other service.
